WHAT HAPPENED?
The 31-year-old frontman is no stranger to facial hair, but he can usually be seen sporting a bushy beard. Palmer has altered his appearance slightly in order to aid the charitable Movember cause – which seeks to raise awareness of men’s health issues.

Palmer is not particularly pleased with the progress he has made on his top lip so far, in what is a considerable image change for him, but time is still on his side when it comes to producing something slightly more flamboyant.

The Red Dragons star has said when asked about his moustache-growing efforts: “How’s it going for me? Terribly. I look horrendous! But it’s worth it. It’s all for a great cause and trying to raise as much money. It’s not just me, there are six or seven other lads – players and staff – involved.”
